Naked Raku Vase

Handcrafted in Urbino, Italy, this decorative vase is made using the Naked Raku technique. Each piece is created by press moulding and then refined on the wheel to achieve a smooth, elegant finish.

The surface is coated with layers of terra sigillata, giving it a soft, satin-like sheen. During the Raku firing, smoke and fire naturally draw distinctive black patterns across the surface, creating an organic contrast between light and dark. Inside, a yellow Raku glaze adds a vibrant touch, balancing the natural matte exterior.

Each vase emerges from the kiln as a unique and unrepeatable work of art.
